Working directly in clinical care or in a coronavirus disease (COVID-19) unit did not increase the odds that healthcare personnel would test positive for COVID-19 antibodies; however, household contact with someone with suspected COVID-19 did increase the likelihood of testing positive, among 3,056 staff members in a Belgian tertiary care center, according to a June 15, 2020, research letter in JAMA.
