What Factors Do Patients Most Consider When Choosing A New Doctor?
May 15, 2017 | Strategic Insights for Ambulatory Care
Survey results find that patients seeking new primary care physicians focus most on insurance network eligibility, out-of-pocket cost, and convenient location. Authors of the study gathered nearly 500 responses with the goal of pinpointing how patients educate themselves and decision-making factors they consider when selecting their primary care.
