BMDI—MAXAIR Systems Helmets: Electronic Chip May Fail, Causing Loss of Power and Functionality

In a letter submitted by an ECRI Institute member hospital, Bio-Medical Devices (BMDI) states that an electronic chip on the circuit board in the above systems may fail on attempted power up or during use.
