Zimmer—Air Dermatomes and Air Dermatomes II: Planetary Gear Teeth May Be Broken

In a May 7, 2013, Urgent Device Removal letter submitted by an ECRI Institute member hospital, Zimmer states that the planetary gear teeth of the above dermatomes may be broken, resulting in operation failure or intermittent operation.
