In an April 16, 2012, letter submitted by an ECRI Institute member hospital, BERCHTOLD states that the following problems may occur with use of the tables below:
(1) Moving the above tables to the extreme "Tilt Right" or "Tilt Left" positions may allow the seat assembly and the blue column cover to collide, potentially resulting in deformation of the cover.
