Suggested practices to prevent healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) are among the highlights of the newest Prevention Status Reports (PSRs) released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Included among the state-level reports, which highlight the status of policies and practices addressing 10 health problems, are two highlighted practices for reducing HAIs and antibiotic resistance.
