Medtronic—Covidien Kangaroo Polyurethane Feeding Tubes: Packaging May Contain Incorrect Product

In a January 22, 2016, Urgent Medical Device Recall letter submitted by ECRI Institute member hospitals, Medtronic states that the packaging for the above feeding tubes may contain incorrect product; 8 Fr 16-inch PVC tubes were packaged in 6.5 Fr 36-inch polyurethane packs and 8 Fr 20-inch PVC tubes were packaged in 8 Fr 20-inch polyurethane packs.
