Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) refers to a large class of blood cancers that are predominately localized to tissues of the immune system (e.g., lymphatic system, skin). Approximately 60 NHL subtypes exist, which can be broadly divided into aggressive (i.e., fast-growing) and indolent (i.e., slow-growing) disease.
