New in CCRM: Infection Control during Construction

The number of healthcare-associated infections caused by construction activities is unknown, but the effects of infection stemming from these activities can be significant. The Risk Analysis Infection Control during Construction, now available on the Continuing Care Risk Management (CCRM) members' website, describes a tool used to identify and mitigate infection risks during construction, called the infection control risk assessment, and additional considerations to ensure a safe environment during construction and at the end of a project.
