The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has launched a website on infection prevention and control in long-term care. Aimed at nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted-living facilities, the website includes information for staff and residents. Information for clinical staff includes links to clinical guidelines, CDC presentations, and reports of outbreaks in long-term care facilities.
