The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has released the final elements of a toolkit to help states assess whether their programs for waivers for home- and community-based services (HCBS), including adult day services, comply with federal regulations released in January 2014 (see the January 17, 2014, Issues in Continuing Care Risk Management).
