An evaluation of the Department of Veterans Affairs' Geriatric Resources for Assessment and Care of Elders (VA-GRACE) program found that it received high rates of satisfaction from patients, caregivers, and providers despite mixed results regarding readmissions and mortality rates, according to an August 2022 Journal of the American Geriatrics Society study.
