Review of State Veterans' Homes: Failure to Follow Guidance during Pandemic Put Residents at Risk

An independent review by the Pennsylvania auditor general of the state's veterans' h​omes follows a June 2020 investigation that found that more deaths from coronavirus disease (COVID-19) occurred in a single facility than occurred in the state's five other veterans' homes combined.
