California Jury Awards $2M in Infant's Pneumonia Death

​​A California jury has awarded more than $2 million to the family of a seven-month-old infant who died of pneumonia after being seen by the defendant pediatrician after several visits to urgent care, according to an article in the November 2022 Medical Malpractice Verdicts, Settlements & Experts.
