Permanent Tongue Injury Caused by Dentist Ends in $2.5 Million Settlement for Patient

What's the news. A Missouri jury has awarded $2.5 million to a plaintiff who now suffers a voice disorder after her tongue was cut by a dental drill. The plaintiff was seen by her dentist, the defendant, in order to have a tooth prepared to receive a crown.
