Quality Improvement Guide for Outpatient Settings

In honor of Healthcare Risk Management Week, June 17-21, 2013, the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) provided a link to a comprehensive guidance document for outpatient settings. Developed as a project under the American Hospital Association’s and National Patient Safety Foundation’s Patient Safety Leadership Fellowship, the manual provides information on quality improvement, risk management, and patient safety specific to the outpatient setting.
