​A Summit County, Ohio, judge awarded $4.5 million to the family of a patient who had a history of lupus and was allegedly misdiagnosed with a migraine headache, leading to her death from a brain swell, according to an article published May 31, 2016 in the Akron Beacon Journal(Akron, Ohio).
