AMA Resource to Help Diagnose and Treat Patients with Eating Disorders

The American Medical Association (AMA) offers an online training module that can help primary care providers screen for and manage eating disorders. Roughly 1 in 20 young women has an eating disorder, according to the Academy for Eating Disorders, and many more people may begin unhealthy eating behaviors that can damage their physical and psychological health.
