A Michigan gynecologic oncologist has agreed to pay $775,000 to resolve false claims for alleged medically unnecessary radical hysterectomies, excess chemotherapy services, and evaluation and management services that were not performed or rendered as represented from 2011 to 2017, according to an April 2022 U.S. Department of Justice news release.
