AAP: Early Introduction of Peanuts Can Prevent Allergy

​The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) issued new guidance on early introduction to peanuts to prevent children from developing peanut allergies. According to the guidelines, infants at high risk of allergy should be given peanut products before they are four to six months old. Those at mild or moderate risk should receive peanut products at six months.
