A baby experienced a brachial plexus injury after an obstetrician-gynecologist (ob-gyn) allegedly failed to inform the mother​ of the risk of shoulder dystocia and failed to discuss cesarean delivery. The parties have settled for $140,000 in New Jersey state court, according to an article in the October 2021 issue of Medical Malpractice Verdicts, Settlements & Experts. ​
