The Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation (APSF) has released an 18-minute video, Medication Safety in the Operating Room: Time for a New Paradigm. Intended for everyone who works in the operating room (OR) during surgery, the video advocates for a new paradigm that the organization believes could lead to predictable and prompt improvements in medication safety in the OR. The information is also applicable to ambulatory surgical settings.
