WAVE Campaign Offers Resources for Preventing Healthcare-Associated Infections

The U.S. Office of Healthcare Quality and the Partnership for Patients have launched an initiative to reduce the rate of healthcare-associated infections by offering provider and patient education. The WAVE campaign promotes the following concepts: Washing hands, Asking questions, Vaccination, and Ensuring safety.
