Mindray—Panorama Central Station Monitoring Systems: May Spontaneously Restart​

In a December 7, 2015, Urgent Medical Device Correction letter submitted by an ECRI Institute member hospital, Mindray states that the systems listed below may spontaneously restart after approximately 47 days of continuous operation. If the system restarts, monitoring at the station will be lost for approximately 2.5 min, potentially causing delays in treatment. Mindray states that risks to patients are mitigated if the patients are concurrently monitored by a bedside monitor.
