In an August 16, 2013, Urgent Medical Device Correction letter submitted by an ECRI Institute member hospital, GE states that the 4 outer screws that hold the overhead video monitor suspension to the carriage on the x-ray systems below may be missing, potentially increasing the risk of the monitor suspension falling.
