Hologic—SecurView DX Diagnostic Workstation Software: May Display Image Other than Image Selected

In a July 5, 2016, Medical Device Information Notice letter submitted by an ECRI Institute member hospital, Hologic states that the above software may display images other than the ones selected when viewing prior images in Quadruple Tiling (Overview) Mode while a specific image in the stack is double-clicked to activate the software's single-tiling feature. Hologic also states that although the displayed image contains the correct patient identification and information, and the user can still scroll to the desired image, this problem could cause confusion when viewing images.
