​The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has compiled a new list of legal preparedness resources relevant to disaster planning. Intended to help hospitals incorporate law into emergency preparedness, the list features documents developed by agencies and organizations such as CDC's Public Health Law Program, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the American Health Lawyers Association.
