Hundreds in Delaware May Have Been Exposed to Tuberculosis

​More than 600 people at a Delaware skilled nursing facility may have been in contact with an individual infected with tuberculosis (TB) during a nine-month period in 2017, the state's Division of Public Health (DPH) announced on May 25, 2018. DPH is sending letters to residents and staff of the facility who may have been in contact with the individual between January and September 2017. DPH is offering free testing and treatment to those who have may have been exposed to TB at three clinics across the state.
