Surgeon-Anesthesiologist Failure to Communicate Causes Split Aorta Graft, Paraplegia; $2.5M Settlement

​During an aortic bypass surgery, a failure to communicate between the surgeon and the anesthesiologist caused the patient's aorta graft to split, resulting in paraplegia.
