“Rite of Passage” Bullying to Newly-Graduated Nurses Can Pose Risks for Occupational Health, Patient Safety

Newly-graduated nurses who are fresh to the workforce experience an unfair rite of passage that amounts to bullying, risking both occupational health and patient safety, according to a February 6, 2019, post on the blog Nurse.org.
