In a January 21, 2015, Urgent Product Recall letter, Cardinal Health states that the suction systems below may contain a small hole, which may be difficult to visually identify, on the double-swivel elbow. If the hole allows air to leak out of the closed ventilator circuit, the ventilator may be unable to deliver the programmed air pressures and the ventilator alarm may be triggered.
