The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) has updated its Technical Resources, Assistance Center, and Information Exchange (TRACIE) with numerous resources designed to help providers and suppliers comply with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' (CMS) Emergency Preparedness Rule. The resources address the four core elements of the rule (emergency plan, policies and procedures, communication plan, and training and testing), and include topic collections and provider- and supplier-specific resources. In addition, ASPR TRACIE has released a fact sheet on the Federal Patient Movement Service Access Team.
