A member recently asked about using rideshare services for patient discharge. In our response we provide information from previous studies and resources regarding the use of rideshare-based nonemergency medical transportation (RB-NEMT).

Since the mid-2010s, RB-NEMT has been gaining traction as a more cost-effective and on-demand option enabling better patient access to NEMT.
