  • The Graseby 1200 is a large-volume infusion device used to deliver fluid, medications, blood, or total parenteral nutrition (TPN) to a patient over a defined time period at a specific flow rate or dose rate.

      • Operational range:
        • Flow rate: 1-1,200 mL/hr

      • Infusion modes:
        • Primary infusion
        • Two-step infusion—A mode that allows two individual infusion rate steps to be configured, with automatic transitions: Once the first phase is completed, the pump will switch to the second phase automatically.
        • User controls: i) Hard keys are used to configure parameters and settings. ii) Arrow keys are used for value entry.
      • Display: 4.0 × 2.5 cm (1.6 × 1.0 in)
      • Weight: 2 kg (4.4 lb) with battery and IV clamp
      • Dimensions (L × W × H): 282 × 170 × 120 mm (5.63 × 3.78 × 1.93 in)
      • Battery life: More than 5.5 hr at 25 mL/hr
      • The pump is normally connected to an IV pole with a clamp.
    • Administration set:
      • Nonproprietary administration sets: Various set options are available, including non-DEHP options.
        • The pump has been pre-calibrated with sets from B. Braun and JMS. The pump is able to accommodate a variety of other administration sets from a variety of manufacturers, with on-site calibration.
        • For those other nonproprietary sets, the manufacturer recommends annual or lot-specific calibration.
      • Proprietary consumable administration set: Not applicable.
