- The Jiobit Smart Tag is primarily marketed to provide location services for autistic children while they are outdoors. It can also be used on people who may wander while having some care provided either at home or in a facility. Jiobit also markets the SmartTag for pets. In the home environment, the device provides a level of assurance that the person under care is following prescribed routines and a means to find them should they elope.
