One of the country's largest chains of skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy providers has entered into an "agreement in principle" with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to settle allegations of fraud and abuse under federal and state laws and regulations, according to an August 1, 2016, press release from the company.
