The Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s (IHI) Conversation Starter Kit—a tool to help people talk with their loved ones about their wishes regarding end-of-life care—now allows users to type their wishes directly into the kit, save it, update it, and send it to their loved ones, reports a news item in the February 18, 2014, This Week @ IHI. IHI also reports that the starter kit has been downloaded 100,000 times.
