LeadingAge has launched the Center for Housing Plus Services, according to a January 2013 newsletter from LeadingAge's Center for Applied Research. According to the organization, the growing population of older adults faces the "dual challenges" of finding safe, affordable housing and meeting their changing needs as they get older.
