Report: Minimum Staffing Requirements in Nursing Homes Will Require Extensive, Consistent Government Resources

Ninety-four percent of nursing homes would need to increase staffing levels at an estimated cost of $10 million to comply with a minimum staffing requirement of 4.1 hours per day per resident, according to a July 2022 report from CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) published by The American Health Care Association (AHCA).
