Business Groups Seek Guidance on Employee Incentives for COVID-19 Vaccination

More than 40 business groups collectively have asked the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to clarify what kinds of incentives can be legally offered to workers to encourage them to get the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine, according to a February 2, 2021, article in Bloomberg Law.
