A Tennessee nursing home and the estate of a resident who died from head injuries following a second fall have settled allegations of negligence for an undisclosed amount, according to an article in the November 2022 Medical Malpractice Verdicts, Settlements & Experts.

The 75-year-old patient was assessed as being a fall risk when she was admitted to the nursing home in June 2019 following a hospital stay.
