Video | PSOs and Litigation: Maximize Your Protections

During this webinar, attorney Andy Bolin of Bolin Law Group will discuss the legal protections afforded to providers under the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act and the importance of engaging with a PSO. He will also dissect real-world cases to explain the protections available to healthcare organizations, including hospitals, ambulatory care, ambulatory surgical centers, and long-term care.
During this webinar, the speaker will discuss:
- Establishment of Patient Safety Evaluation System and its relation to PSOs
- Recent litigation
