Overview

Visit the ECRI virtual booth to learn about ECRI Guidelines Trust (EGT). EGT is a publicly available, online repository that puts current, evidence-based clinical practice guidelines directly into the hands of medical librarians, clinicians, researchers, and patients. EGT makes accessible clinical practice guidelines developed by nationally and internationally recognized medical organizations.

Along with more than 1,600 guidelines, featured EGT solutions include:

  • Guideline Briefs: Succinct summaries of full-text guidelines meeting the EGT inclusion criteria
  • TRUST Scorecards: the only, unbiased, independent resource available to obtain vetted guidelines against established IOM standards for the highest level of trustworthiness
  • Guideline Snapshots: Screening tool used to quickly assess a guideline's focus, patient population, intended users, and major interventions
  • Full-text Link Outs: Direct links to full-text guidelines hosted on the developer’s website or in the National Library of Medicine’s (NLM’s) PubMed
