Read a brief profile of each of the winning organizations and their words of appreciation:

Broward Health, providing services in South Florida for more than 70 years, is a nationally recognized system Broward Health
that encompasses more than 30 healthcare facilities.

“With regard to PriceGuide, I believe this tool to be one of the most powerful supply chain tools in the healthcare sector. The fact that you can benchmark to the line item level is incredible. We have developed business processes around PriceGuide and integrated them into our Value Analysis process and Contracting process. This allows us to effectively negotiate upfront pricing, resulting in a lower supply chain cost. We have trained our entire supply chain staff and gave them access to the ECRI tools."

Now we are working with ECRI to do benchmarking by department cost center. The idea being that any Buyer that is in charge of a specific cost center will be able to benchmark at the click of a button and team up with that department manager to help lower their supply budget in that specific department by looking at not only price but spending patterns and standardization opportunities.

I want to sincerely thank ECRI Institute for being the heroes in the Healthcare Supply Chain world!"
